  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience working with Nate Thornton! Shopping for insurance can honestly be confusing and stressful, but Nate made the entire process so easy. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that actually made sense, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what coverage I was getting instead of just trying to sell me a policy. What impressed me most was how thorough, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful he was. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I really felt like he was looking out for me and making sure my home and vehicle were properly protected while still being mindful of what I could afford. It is hard to find customer service like this anymore. I walked away feeling confident about my insurance instead of wondering what I had just signed up for. If you are looking for someone who will actually take the time to listen, explain your options, and treat you like a person instead of just another policy number, I absolutely recommend Nate Thornton.
