  My package was scheduled to be delivered today but never arrived. After checking tracking they stated they attempted delivery. I was home all day. They chose not to deliver. Most likely delivering one package in my neighborhood wasn't worth their time.

  My package arrived to its final destination of Kansas City on Friday 7/31. It then went on tour to Nebraska and hasn’t updated since. Brilliant work, guys. Somehow, the federal government is better at delivering packages than you, a company that specializes in it.

  Employee was rude and acted like she was too busy to help me....but isn't that your job?? She made rude comments that were not necessary. I was a little confused about a return and she had no patience or understanding. I could tell she was extremely annoyed and ready to get me out of the store. I would expect Fed Ex to be better.

  I barely do reviews on Google but I had such a great experience with the girls working on 6/30/26 at around 3:45 pm! I had a live animal delivery waiting for me at the hub. When I walked in i said I have a delivery to pick up. Both girls were so happy I was there to get my snake outta there 😂 they were extremely polite, sweet and friendly. They had my baby ready to go and brought him to me in under a minute of walking in the door! I spent a few minutes talking to them and I just wanted them to be recognized for their amazing customer service skills! Thanks ladies! ~ Megan and Hank the snake 🐍
