  Had to have 8 large packages held here for pickup instead of being delivered. That's a whole story. But this location took the headache out of pickup for sure! Bradley helped me and made everything super easy. Great customer service.

  Has to be the worst mailing service, I have never had a good experience with FedEx. They lost a $1000 package of mine, they also never deliver packages on time. It will say your package is in the truck out for delivery but never actually gets delivered.

  This is the best FedEx in the greater KC metro. Their staff is always helpful, efficient, and friendly. They always handle my requests: big and small, in a very timely manner.
