Brian, the manager, absolutely lost our business for good. Our company spends over $500+ in shipments so I hope this reaches the RIGHT manager.
A few days back, on a Tuesday afternoon, not busy at all.. I came in with my orders to ship to different companies. Now, I’ll admit- it was a lot of shipping.. but.. this is what your paid to do..
for the record, I absolutely let a few customers who filtered in go in front of me as I knew this would take a little bit. However, when a few more people came in- he full on PANICKED. He’d tell customers, “I’ll get to you when I can..” with such an attitude in his voice. He continued to ask me if I’d send my clients information to him so that he can package it another time… I needed this out of the warehouse that day- he knew it’s importance for the launch of a new product our company and dismissed it! I had a problem the time before- where they called me back after I had left with my receipt and they said, “oh- you didn’t leave one package. We have an extra sticker.” WHAT?!
So no, this time I was not going anywhere until all shipments were fulfilled in front of my eyes. That was over $100 I had to replace.
Getting back to Tuesday- I apologized and apologized about not leaving my clientele’s information with him and he just kept getting frustrated. He said, well I can do all of this later and help them now. With all due respect sir, I’ve been letting customers cut me right and left. His change of demeanor was scary.. I’m literally just trying to do my job - not met with his stress.
Not professional. Not impressed. 100% would not recommend.
He also hounds me to have him print my work. I’m a designer. I have my own printing studio through my company. Hints to why I bring all of my finished products up there to be SHIPPED not printed.
Good luck!
