  I had the most unprofessional experience at this location and the customer service of DHL. There was two identical packages (wedding clothes) shipped from one person to deliver on the same address. I told them the wedding is on the next day (Saturday) then they delivered one of the packages on the schedule day, which’s Friday. Then, I called the customer service in the morning and said we definitely deliver before 5 pm. However, there tracking system doesn’t show anything until 2:30pm. I frustrated that half wedding clothes are not available for Saturday? Again, I called them and said the tracking number doesn’t show out for delivery, can I know why then he said, we will probably deliver Tuesday cause we aren’t working weekends and Monday is a holiday. I said, the Wedding is Saturday. I immediately leave my work and drive to this location. The supervisor, is really unprofessional, he said you can sign and take it, No apology or no explanation why it’s not delivered together. NO TRUST and NOT RECOMMEND DHL for any fast service. I almost lost couple thousand dollars.
