  Today date as of June 6 2019 I walked into cricket wireless asked the young man to assist me in going about looking for a new phone since my ZTE Blade Max was discontinued the young man was not knowledgeable mad a mockery of my situation was incredibly rude and complacent I've been with cricket for six years never missed a payment I don't deserve that treatment from anyone whatsoever I know Billy is the owner I will be getting in touch with the better business bureau and cricket corporate the young man this happen June 6 2019 he was the only employee in the store!
