  Store took advantage of my autistic son. He went into the store to get his phone working. Sim card had been disconnected from phone. His phone number is still connected to my family plan. The person working lied to him and said that his phone number was disconnected. Then told him his phone was locked so he had to sell him a new phone with a new number. Son using messenger told me what they said after clerk convinced him it was the only way to have a working phone. Charged him before connecting phone. I immediately called up to find out what was going on. Told me that his number was disconnected. I told him I knew that was not true as I pay for his service. Then told me it was too late because he already sold him the phone. He hasn't left store yet. Said he could only refund him $20. Called cricket myself and they verified that all clerk had to do was call into customer service and they could reactivate the phone at no cost. Would never recommend this store. Ripped off and took advantage of my son because he is mentally challenged. When asked to speak to a manger was told one wasn't there. Asked when a manager would be there, was told it was against store policy to tell when a manager would be available. I would just have to show up each day to see if one was there.

  VERY Rude Very Unprofessional .the skinny hair painted girl in the store interrupted my talking with other representative guy any she was like yaling on me and she was saying she wants to argue with me.very disappointing.
