  This store’s manager is rude and unprofessional. She sold me used and damaged speaker and when I politely requested refund, she denied and refused to refund my money! I did not refuse to leave the store nor was I violent, but she still called police on me to trespass me from store! I was a cricket customer for a very long period, I never expected this. I have always been very peaceful and was never being trespassed a place! Why trespass customer when they never been violent to you! I will call and asking cricket cooperate to conduct an investigation on this matter. Please avoid this store.

  Woundful help and awesome smiling faces and was greeted as I entered the building. I would recommend cricket to friends.

  Came into the store on Friday the 29th at approximately 10:00 a.m. and no one was at the store I yelled towards the back room nobody replied. There was somebody in the parking lot sitting in their car but they didn't even acknowledge me. That really sucks at going to a cricket wireless store can affect how you feel about your cricket wireless service altogether. Second guessing even doing business with cricket anymore this isn't the first time I've had problems at their stores before

  Went in may 12 a little before 4pm to bring in a new phone I wanted to add for my gpa I wanted to add to my existing line... their were 2 women in their and the one that left right at 4 was awful, she seen the phone I brought and emmediatly starting to critize it like it wasnt good enough she said "thats just a 24 model you could of have the 26 for free! I asked if it was extra and she said no I said ok. She leaves the other women proceeds to tell me that you have to start a new plan and it would have to be the 60 dollar plan. I said no thank you we will stick with what we have she proceeds to try and get the phone activated and comes back and says the imei is bad and wont work with their service. I checked the imei before purchasing the phone and it was clean brand new phone from ebay. Any way I didnt want to argue I went to another cricket on Paseo and not a problem at all got it working just fine no hassels no trying to upsell me. My gpa only texts and calls anyways. These girls just play up their from what I can tell and very rude and not very smart with the job, was not a very welcoming feeling more like o another 1 wont be back.
