The person there was extremely unhelpful if you need customer service my experience was bad but had no problem with the phone itself and the service wasn't bad for me either

I have the pleasure of working with Taylor. She was outstanding excellent customer service skills was very patient and the reason I'll be returning is because of her excellent customer service skills and sales. I recommend to anyone that they go to this cricket store and ask for her. God bless people like her. That makes the world a better place .

Woundful help and awesome smiling faces and was greeted as I entered the building. I would recommend cricket to friends.
