  The staff is nice enough to let you know right away, but twice I've stopped by and no italian herb and cheese bread.

  I will not come back here and deal with the rude staff again. The manager was quite rude and I don’t think she should be in her position. Food was great but the service and atmosphere were unnecessarily short and rude. Regional manager where are you at???

  The sandwich was amazing but the older lady that seemed to be the manager was super rude. I couldn't read her name on her orange name tag but I would say she is in her 60s. Definitely wouldn't want to come back here if she is here. She even said that she isn't trying to be nasty cuz she knew she was meaning rude. Now the young that made our sandwiches was super sweet. The lady name that was rude is Deb. She was being so rude to the male staff that was working. She said that you are old enough to know better & I couldn't hear the rest. I feel so bad for the employees here. She needs to be fired.
