  Waited in line for over 10 minutes for my mobile order, no help. Went to the window. No one was there. Subway has now denied my refund because, allegedly, there was someone there. Apparently just not doing their job. $20 down the drain.

  The woman closing on 6/20/26 left us sitting in the drive thru window for 15 minutes. I honked my horn after about 10 and she continued with her closing tasks. When we went inside and said hello she held up her hand to say “hold on” while she counted bread. She confirmed she saw us out there but was busy “counting”. I watched her cleaning soda nozzles and putting pans away. Our food was ready on the counter the entire time.

  I had such a problem placing a catering order with their catering phone number so I called the store. I had the best service you could ask for. A you lady answered the phone then took my number to call me back after speaking to her manager. Problem was I needed the order same day for my friend being released from the hospital. I couldn't believe I got a call back and they made my order in less than an hour. I wish I had her name to give her props! This will be my forever Subway location. Thank you so much for everything you did. A+++
