  3 of us went to have lunch at the west 32nd street Location A girl named Jayden was the only one working she did a awesome job the food was great , and quite frankly she deserves a raise , it was the best experience i have had at any subway location .

  Ordered online, picked up order through the drive through pick up. The girl at the window barely opened the window for my husband to get the order. When we got home, the salad we ordered ( BMT Salad) was missing half the ingredients requested. Specifically spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickles, black olives, onions, and banana peppers. I doubled checked the receipt to make sure we didn’t make a mistake. When we called about it, the girl on the phone ( different girl) asked the girl who made the salad if she remembered making it and she lied and said she knew “ for a fact” we only asked for lettuce. We aren’t able to come back to have it remade. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a wrong order/ missing items at this location. The girl on the phone was very pleasant and helpful, but we still can’t correct the mistake.

  The young man who waited on me was extremely personable. He diced all the meat and cheese up in small pieces for my salad. I go to that location frequently. But usually at lunch not dinner. He has never waited on me before, but his attitude and level of service is commendable. He's a great asset to your company.

  It was almost closing time. The young lady did not want to help me. She dropped the toaster deal on the floor and picked back up to use. The sandwich was not good . Missouri ensures you make atleast $16 a hour. 5 minutes of good customer service should not be a hassle. Not going back to that store.

  Nice folks, but a turkey 6 inch for lunch today turned into a butt explosion about 10 pm this evening, it cleaned me out. I’ve been taking loperamide every 30 minutes for the past 2 hours. Must have left meat or condiments that was kept outside too long. Won’t be back at this location.
