  I ordered a chicken teriyaki with all vegetables and no chicken teriyaki!!. With hard bread! I order alot here online. I have never been this unsatisfied.

  The young lady that worked on 7/11/26 at about 5 pm had a very nasty attitude I noticed that she was rude to an elderly lady after that she had an attitude while fixing my sandwich when I address that she had an attitude and that she was rude she stated she didn’t care. I ask who the manager was the gentleman said he was he apologize for her behavior I ask who his boss was he said his brother. We spend our MONEY at this establishment weekly and would greatly appreciate if we wasn’t treated in such a manner I don’t want to make it a race situation but this is a predominantly black area and we deserve to be treated as such. I understand she may have had a bad day but do not project that on the customer. Thank you in advanced for addressing this situation to the young lady the next complaint will go on social media which I will tag your store. Also, I DoorDash the next encounter I will report to door dash as well.

  Attitudes are high and they don’t fix mistakes apparently, there are no managers on duty during business hours the manager is always missing as well as not answering the phone so issues aren’t resolved. I’ll never stop here again!
