  Attempting to call in for a takeout order hours before they closed. Left me on hold for over 30min. I got frustrated and went to place the order in-store just to find out they were attempting to have me wait until ordering time elapsed for the day. I know these guys dont get paid to work hard but gosh. At least do the job for the hours you have to be there. And please post clear cutoff hours. I thought a place that closes at 12am would take an order at 10:00 to 10:30pm. NOBODY WANTS TO WORK THESE DAYS. And the sad part is I dont blame them.

  Hair in food not just one, but multiple. On top of that (ordered in) bag was completely soaked in grease. (I'm stupid enough to give it a taste) and thats what I did leaving everything with it in bag tasting like old furry fry oil.. extremely disappointed..

  Went in Saturday afternoon and the lady with the red hair was absolutely wonderful! Just had a bad experience at jersey Mike's so i was in a hurry to eat and she jumped right to work. She helped me order so i didnt spend as much as i would have. Very great communication. Will definitely be back.

  it’s fine if you eat in person but they literally have never once added ranch or any sauce i’ve asked for in a togo or pickup order. sucks because the ranch is good and the only reason i buy the wings.
