  Ordered online and when I picked up the order it was completely wrong. Brought the order back in and she offered to remake it, then started to make the wrong things again and we had to stop to remake it again which was still made pretty poorly. She apologized and said it was her first day alone so I don’t completely blame her but it seems like a complete lack of management to leave someone at the store alone who doesn’t know how to make the menu or what goes on standard orders and can’t read online order receipts twice and then had to ask me how to make the order.
