I didn't appreciate the guy cursing about online orders while I was waiting for my order. The woman was very kind and respectful. So I gave 3 stars.

Jackson Subway was an exciting experience! The moment I walked through the door I was greeted with friendliness and smiles. I was taken care of like a member of family the entire time I was here. They make their sandwiches with love and I will definitely be returning. The Jackson store is my store of choice and preference.

Stopped by right before close. Isaac & the girl with him were nice and had no issues with a big order.

From my understanding they have a completely new staff and the past reviews are not accurate. I received great service, you can tell the workers really care about their jobs and the food was super fresh :)
