  I went in today 5/29/2026 time 8:50 to order food the lady’s in the store said they aren’t taking any orders due to them having Too many orders said we would have to order online that they are not doing anything in Store. Very upsetting that a business is not able to take orders in the Store.

  In the past I had an order cancelled after I paid and was told it was because of "bad meat", tonight I had an order placed and a driver named "angela" claimed to pick up the order then a few minutes later the order said cancelled. It's been 20 minutes past the latest time I was supposed to get my order, and there's still no sign of it. I'm not sure if "angela" stole it or if the store genuinely has it sitting at room temperature on the counter, but I am extremely upset.

  2 stars for the 2 ladies that were there trying their best to keep up with the DoorDash, pickup, and eat in customers. The store itself is gross, the soda machine is nasty, the parking lot is disgusting and covered with trash and mystery fluids.It’s obvious whoever owns this store doesn’t care about the cleanliness and appearance.

  Not sure who the owner or Franchisee is but you might want to check on your business because there’s been numerous complaints about the management on Facebook. It’s not the business that’s bad but the people will make it look bad.
