  It’s almost like they don’t care to read the instructions or the flavor you want. All I order from this place is CORN…. And I kid you not EVERY Single time they get it wrong and then have an attitude about their mistake. Smh I just want Parmesan corn and it’s impossible to get that right. Smh. Last time I had to go to corporate above the store manager to even get a decent resolution. I’m just going to boil it down to the staff just doesn’t care. They are literally showing up for a check. I really shouldn’t have to drive out of my way for another Wingstop but 3 times too many mistakes that’s what it will be from now on.

  Placed a pickup order. Had me sitting at the counter waiting for my food while it was on the shelf getting cold. Also I ordered an extra ranch and they gave me a hot honey mustard instead. They need more staff that actually does their job and is committed to customer service. I recommend going to the location on 39th Street all day over this 40hwy location

  Went in on Monday 7/27 around 3:45/4pm. Despite the AC being broken, the staff was friendly, estimated wait time was 35 mins as the chicken arrived frozen so they had to take an extra step to defrost it, yet the food came out perfect & in under 15 mins. Super friendly & attentive staff from the lady with blue hair & gentleman with dreads!

  This is the last time I'll ever buy from this restaurant. I placed an order today, and when I went to pick it up, I had a really uncomfortable experience: I had to listen to two female employees (white women) and two security guards mocking people who come to the restaurant without speaking English well. What bothered me most was seeing one of the security guards looking at me and laughing while they spoke, and watching one of the women mockingly imitate people who only know how to say "hello" and "thank you." I suppose they thought I didn't understand what they were saying. It's sad that people like that work in places like this; they don't realize that they earn their wages thanks to the purchases customers make. Regardless of race, we all deserve respect.
