    Ridiculous! I put three items in separate clear plastic bags at the self return station and the fourth item required an associate to do the return. She charged me $1.20 for a clear plastic bag to return the item. The station I was just at had stacks of poly bags to place Amazon returns in and you put the lable on yourself for free. Somehow if they help you at the counter you get charged for the bag to return to Amazon. How does that make sense? Absolutely ridiculous. I have the receipt!

    I went to this location with a code for a package return. The guy said he can't do any without a QR code. I went to the store in Raytown and they knew exactly what to do and I got my package shipped.

    Scammed my Grandma. Convinced her that the package “would be more safe” if she got the most expensive shipping option instead of the regular one. Even though she already bought insurance for it. It turned a $52 shipping order into a $113 one. Why would he be scamming sweet Grandmas to help a Billion dollar corporation make a couple extra dollars. Despicable…..

    The worst experience I have ever had. I come to this UPS store regularly. The worst older gentleman that works here is fantastic. The two women working here tonight 5/22/2026 are awful. One literally told me UPS makes there rules as they go along so no shipping package rules are available. I pointed out that neither offered to sell me a shipping bag for my return. The other worker flared up stating yes we did it’s a $1.20 a bag now good night. Such an easy job it’s sad when you have to be so nasty.
