Ladies always have an attitude. Used the app to make an order for pickup, it was a toasted blt on white bread. I walk in and tell them I have a pickup order, the woman stares blankly at me and says “ok?” With an attitude, I tell her it’s for Mateo. I get my order and it’s not toasted, the cheese isn’t even a little melty, and my bacon is cold. This subway was good at one point, but within the past few months, the new staff in there had ruined it. Today was probably my last visit.
The absolute worst customer service ever. I'm not even joking when I say I have called 13 times to have my order canceled or refunded and not once have they answered the phone and they all directly hang up after 3 minutes of waiting. I placed a mobile order, I could NOT get it refunded through the app so I called the number that was provided to me on the app and ive also used the number that was provided to this location directly. I had to call because I had no way to get to the store. And of course someone has already claimed my food after an hour sitting in the store, I hope that the person who took it, was someone who needed it. What an absolute joke.

Had placed an online order and showed up maybe 5 minutes before the ready by time. Had to wait an additional 40 minutes until my stuff was bagged and placed on the pick up area only to come home to the completely wrong sandwiches. Tried to call 2 separate times just to be left on hold. Would not recommend
I did a movie order and got like no meat on my subs and both were missing items ..
