  Horrible location! Every time I go here I get crap! Last time the girl literally soaked my sandwhich in vinegar & oil my bread was soggy even after saying "thats good". This time! I got someone elses food! I was standing right there & they managed to give me someone elses food! Negative stars not available or it would be a -5 star rating.

  I went to Subway today with my daughters to order their food. While inquiring about their turkey and ham wrap item on the menu, their new manager Ronnie gets an attitude and assume that I was having an issue with the price when I was speaking it over with my kids. “He then says if you don’t want it, I’m not making you get it”. Then the conversation quickly escalated because he made an issue out of no issue when all he needed to do was shut up and make our sandwiches. Instead of making smart remarks. I had to fill a police report because it got so bad where he had put his hands on me while exiting the store. I will be taking additional steps and taking this up with cooperate. He needs to be locked up because he is very violated and aggressive. This store definitely needs to be shut down specially if they got him working there because he it’s not competent in no form and he doesn’t have any customers service skills and he grub my right arm in front of my daughter and she even had to say get your hands off my mama. Fast-forward to before I had ordered a guy walked in the doors and instead of greeting him, he quickly told him you need to get in line. So, the guy walked right back out. Btw there wasn’t nobody there in line besides me and then my child eventually came in. He was just being a jerk. That so call manager Ronnie guy needs to be fired because his letting that little (manager) title gets to his head. I have never been disrespected, attacked and treated with that poor service at any subways in my whole life.

  Dont eat at this location. I did a door dash order found hair inside my sandwich my bread wasn't toasted no maya which I did add to my order. I called to speak to the manager and after I told him what happened he hung up in my face I try to call back I was on holdvfor a very long time like really all I wanted is what I paid for. With out hair but what I will do is call the health department on this location.

  The worst subway in town. Have gotten an incorrect PU order ever. Single. time. If u must,,, order inside where u can watch your food being made. I’ve tried multiple visits over the years… I don’t bother complaining seeing that it’s usually a “quick stop” and not worth the trouble… this time I was completely fed up with the blatant laziness. 2 meatball sandwiches that were complete mush coming out of the wrapper because they didn’t toast them. I called the store stated my issue and was immediately addressed with “okay I’m gonna stop you right there HONEY, im the manager” that sentence alone told me why their establishment seems to struggle with basic work ethic.
