  I’m only giving 1 star because it wouldn’t post otherwise. I went into the Noland Rd location to ship paperwork and then also get a return shipment back to our company. After giving all of the information for the delivery, I needed them to create a return shipment as well but I was told they can’t do that and to go online and create the labels then drop off at any location. So my question is why the hell are you there if you can’t ship what people need? My company will happily take our money elsewhere for our shipping needs. The woman who was helping the clerk was very rude and did not elaborate as to why they can’t ship something and then create a return envelope for us.

  I'm an artist and I use them for large prints, banners, and basic scanning. The staff is very good; knowledgeable and always helpful. Very quick turnaround times. They always say your prints will be ready the next day, but if you submit them before noon, they'll have it for you before close of business the same day.

  Very helpful staff. Fragile (one of a kind) package wrapped perfectly and arrived at destination early. Way to go FedEx!!!

  The manager of this store deserves a raise, she helped me with my paperwork, that I needed to fax, and waited on several people that came in, all with a smile and patience with everyone. Very nice to see in customer service. Will recommend this store.
