  I stopped by AutoZone today and had a great experience thanks to Jeff and Syed. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to come across employees who not only know their stuff but also bring great energy and professionalism to the interaction. They made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and smooth. I really appreciate the patience, respect, and positive attitude they showed. Definitely a top-tier experience.

  About a year ago, I stopped in front of this store to drop off some glass recycling, only to discover I had a flat tire. After attempting - to no avail - to swap the flat out with my spare I turned around and saw those beautiful yellow letters. Upon walking in, I had no idea what I was looking for and a category five creeper who had seen me struggling with my tire immediately picked up on my distress. After a couple minutes of this guy trying to coax me into "riding to a gas station" with him to put air in my tire after he "patched it up," a staff member named Mike saved the day. Not only was he extremely helpful, but he professionally sent the creeper on his way. Mike assisted me in picking out the best items for the job, I paid, and went back out to my car. Sure enough, cat. five creeper pulled up next to me and persisted that he'd "help" if I just rode with him. Lo and behold, my saviour Mike sees what's going on, comes walking out in full blown dad mode, and again sends creeper packing. He stayed with me until my boyfriend arrived, all the while helping me fix my flat. tl;dr: Had a flat tire and a saint named Mike potentially saved my life.
