  If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner or manager not sure which one is extremely rude, lazy, and unprofessional. I will never be back. This is the worst subway within a 100 mile radius. I ordered online and the website erased my customizations on the order. I called over 30 times trying to get ahold of them to change it and they ignored my calls and made it anyway. Then when I walked in the lazy manager said that there was nothing she can do and I need to contact support. I mentioned that I called multiple times and she said “oh we were busy” yet when I walked in there wasn’t a single customer in the store. She was so incredibly lazy she couldn’t change the bread out on my order and refused to refund me. She kept saying to contact support and she couldn’t do anything. If one of her employees hadn’t stepped in and put my sandwich on the correct bread I would’ve been stuck with a basic untoasted sub on white bread with no ingredients. The employee was nice and helpful to me. However the manager or owner of this location is insufferable and if she treats her customers this way this place will be out of business in no way time. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

  I was going to see if I could tip using my card as some places you can do this so I was waiting for my card to finish processing the payment. The sandwich maker was rude and unprofessional and yelled at me that it was done and that I could go when it wasn't. The store was not busy and had maybe 1 person that was behind me ordering what type of bread for their sandwich they wanted. Will not be returning if this is how you treat customers

  Id give a 0 for the service. Absolutely rude and condescending. I ordered one foot long and asked if she can wrap it individually and charged me for two six inch subs? I asked why and she said because she wrapped them separately lol. The entire time she was on the phone talking via Bluetooth and ignoring what I requested. That same attitude is always the same every time I go. Absolutely horrible customer service.

  Ordered 3 sandwiches online. Two were grilled chicken. They had barely any chicken and they literally put a whole onion on each sandwich, along with a ton of lettuce. The tomato was a few tiny end pieces. I'm a pretty easy to please person, but they were so bad that I took them back. Then the 2 women were extremely defensive and argumentative. They refused to refund me, it was over $50.00. I will never go back. They also forgot the chips.

  Had really delicious sandwich made by Varshi at this subway today 5/1/26. She was super kind, efficient, thorough, and diligent. I appreciated that she asked me what my preferences were for certain things that were in greater detail than I thought and still kept things going very efficiently. Having worked at subway in another state I can say she is doing a great job and I was blessed to have had this nice experience.
