  Horrible store they lied and didnt wanna take the time to help two people with new upgrade , piece of crap customer services ive ever experienced and also not knowledgeable about their job or offers they bring and dont know how to even work computer it seems which is basic requirement skill in that type of industry. Won't ever buy from them or go their store , I wouldn't if I ever you unless you wanna walk out is basically what you will get .

  The associate at the high ridge location was fantastic!!! Got my wifes phone unlocked for us so she could switch carriers. He did it in about 15 minutes. Excellent service!
