  Absolutely terrible experience. I picked up my sandwich which I ordered online, and it was ice cold. The meat was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted, and it looked like no effort was put into making it. When I went back to have it fixed, the employee didn’t apologize or take any responsibility. Instead, she gave me attitude and said, “Next time, put toasted.” It’s a Philly steak sandwich which is served hot. If you’re serving hot sandwiches, they should actually be hot. Mistakes happen, but rude customer service and zero accountability are unacceptable. I won’t be coming back. Worst location ever!

  I stopped at this Subway hoping to get a salad. Most Subways Ive been too make a pretty good chopped this one doesnt the chopping device was missing.I wanted to add asix inch for 2.75 and requested that but was xharged different amount cashier was full of apologies but didnt offer a refund. I will not support this particular Subway ever again..
