    Amber and Marcus definitely need some customer service training. I get running out of stuff but this store is out of Italian herb and cheese and provolone cheese every time I come in. I get it, you run out of stuff but amber and Marcus not only didn't care but they were almost smug about it. Absolutely zero customer service skills. Also clearly poor management. How can you be a sandwich store and never seem to have provolone?

    Worst 2 guys working there order 3 subs 1 foot long meatballs (old and dried out) said they were freshly made asked about the music if they could change the station all it was was static and they just laughed at me!!! Never fixed my sandwich or offered a different one won’t be back get new management!!!

    Listen here.... The fact that they hand you their credit card scanner through the drive through window is literally the most irritating thing! Just take my stinkin card and swipe it while your standing by the darn register! Don't stick the bulky credit card reader through the window for me to hold and try to read while the sun is shining right on the screen. The food is fine but the fact you have to hang out your driver side window and then hold on to their card processor to pay with a credit card is SO irritating! Not efficient at all.
