  Terrible customer service. I have been a long time customer. I paid to add a line to my account and purchased a new phone and first months service. Everything was fine. I not only have the paper receipt I also have the confirmation text that states its paid. The next day they shut all 4 of my phones and told me that I didn't pay for the service. After arguing with them for over an hour and showing them the receipts and the text message I was forced to pay for the service again. They were very rude and hard to understand. I will be switching back to my old carrier after this month.
