  This Grandview UPS store is consistently great. I have high expectations and have been a ups customer for a long time. Jacob, Sara and Bala exceed my expectations. Professional, friendly, problem solving, efficient. I depend on them to get things done.

  They now charge for shipping labels that was free, and they making people pay for unessary boxing of items to ship back, when they came in with no box, that store is ripping people off

  Duba tried to rip me off! I was renewing my mailbox over the phone. He kept insisting my box expired last month, I said no your emails are saying july 16. Why are you and your emails saying different things? He argued until he realized he was caught. Then deflected. We got into it over the phone, im sure ill be missing mail especially after this review. My box had the names of two different people's mail in it, I gave to the staff. Proof there misplacing people's mail anyway.
