  Ordered through the mobile app. Took advantage of a BOGO promo. Went to pick it up, and they had only made one of the two sandwiches that I ordered. Claimed that they were out of that option. Didn't offer a substitute or any other compensation. I won't be back, to this or any other Subway.

  Worse customer service. Was told to just sit and wait in the drive-through Lane, and I overheard the The people working the inside, saying she will just have to wait. We have other orders to fill. Wow, I just left after sitting there for 15 minutes

  I waited 26mins in the drive thru. 26 minutes. With no one ahead of me and big rush of customers inside while I placed my order. It just took them this long to make my small order. while I was waiting I could see at least 4 customers go in the restaurant and get served and leave while I was still sitting in my car waiting. If this was a one-time thing I wouldn’t leave a review, but this happened to me two weeks ago at this same location. Different employees, no one in line before me, just apparently takes them 20 minutes to make 3 6” subs. (I wanted to, if only it were possible, to give zero stars, but the employee “J.R.” was very polite and courteous so he deserves a star).
