  I am in a rather precarious situation being homeless by unavoidable circumstances. My phone had been stolen, I was in desperate need of a new phone. Initially I went to Walmart and they sold me a card and a cricket phone that was made by Motorola and told me that I needed to activate the card and the phone will be good to go. They were sorely mistaken. I tried the entire weekend to get the phone online with no avail. Monday morning I was at my wit's end and and I drove to the cricket store in Truman corners. There I was met by a gentleman by the name of Fernando Flores, and he had his excellent teacher Miss Velma Navarro. I say she was an excellent teacher because he was in training. They tried to activate my phone with no possible result, thus telling me it was not possible without having a cricket account first. I took that phone back to Walmart and I got the money back and I went back to them and start an account with them, I'm glad I had, they completely and thoroughly got me back online before I left the store. Both of them treated me with the utmost respect and I am completely satisfied with their performance they have a customer for life with me. You don't see the kind of exponentially service I was given that day they have utmost gratitude for the advice and a service they had given me. My phone is a Motorola play nothing special nonetheless they made me feel that way. The phone works fantastic , thanks again you both deserve a raise. Lol 😂
