Very impressed with the customer service at this Grain Valley store! My 2014 Charger wouldn't go out of gear. I walked to the store and this nice young man helped me🙏 He went WAY and beyond what I expected, checking codes, battery. He was very knowledgeable and I give KUDOS for that! He was very personable and courteous! I can tell he wants to do a good job. I even asked him his name and I'm blank. He drove a older van. I sure hope you can find out his name and give him recognition for great customer service!! I will definitely shop at this store in the future. Thank you sir for actually caring for your customers.

I went here earlier today and I was very impressed by the service! I needed help finding interior clips and license plate screws for my car. Christian was incredibly helpful and kind. Went above and beyond and even helped me figure out the right size and helped me put everything on my car. I was extremely grateful! Thank you again Christian !
