  The manager was completely useless with not helping the situation where it showed we were charged and the order was placed for pick up and would be ready by 625pm however their system didn’t receive it. While the worker called his manager on speaker her response was “it’ll fall off, nothing we can do maybe she should have ordered through the app” she was very arrogant and rude while saying it. I’m sure my $75 will be reimbursed when I call my bank tomorrow however frustrating when you wait almost an hour to still walk out with no food unless you place another order through the app vs website. The gentleman working the counter made up for her lack of customer service skills with his amazing empathy. Do not recommend the management this facility has. She needs further training.

  My husband and I came in for lunch. I got a salad and he got a subway club. Mike was friendly and took great care of us. Lunch was about 10.00 each. Everything was clean.
