  The bag was leaking before we left the store. Instead of looking inside the bag to see what was leaking the young lady just took the bag and doubled the bag up only to get home and find that ranch had spilled all inside the bag. We took it back only to get home again and the ranch top had opened and spilled out again. I called the store and the young man that answered the phone just said “hello”, no mention of the business. The chicken taste as if the grease hadn’t been changed. This store has gone down tremendously . This is my second horrible experience at this location and I refuse to let it be 3rd one!

  The employees be stealing the ranch. They are always out of ranch and won’t even tell you. Don’t order here.

  Once I walked in it took a long time for someone to acknowledge me. When trying to order over the phone I was instructed the order had to be under 20 dollars.

  I ordered a single order of fries for $5.44 at 9:05 PM, and it's now 9:45 PM. After waiting 40 minutes, I still haven't received my order. It's disappointing that such a simple order has taken this long with no communication or update. Better customer service and more accurate wait times would make a big difference. I hope this experience can be improved for future customers.

  Terrible service everytime with this location. Place an order on Friday and they give my order away to someone else. Offer a free fry coupon to “make up”. Come again on Sunday and use the coupon for them to forget the fries in the bag. This location needs an adult working and not a bunch of kids that have no pride in the work. Pure madness everytime we are at this locations.
