  This was a terrible horrible experience, let's start by our food being luke warm and we stay less than 5mins away! Then we ordered the lemon chili glaze wings which it was not! Definitely tasted like hickory smoked bbq, so I had to doctor it up to make it edible. To top it all off they had NO CUPS!!! How are you selling combos with no cups and no way for anyone to get a drink so then I had to go to another store to purchase a drink! Absolutely terrible this place needs a total management overhaul by corporate, how can you not have drinks just an absolute waste of money? Please just go to a different location this location is not even worth the hassle.

  Genuinely has to be the worst wingstop I have ever been to. They open at 10:30 AM. Even says so on the door. Get there at 10:45 AM. Door is still locked, employees inside just stare like I’m an alien. Finally they come open the door. After standing at the front counter for several minutes, they finally talk and told us that “they got no cashier, you gotta order online to place an order.” You have no cashier…. Yet there’s three employees standing behind the registers? Thank you for the waste of my time

  I’ve been living in Florissant for about half a year now and there drink machine is terrible, it always looks sticky, the hi-c is watery, half of the time the it don’t even work, and just yesterday I tried to get some lemonade and there was a bug that came out. So the health department definitely needs to take a look at this location and shut it down if management doesn’t improve this !! I also went today and although I understand stores run out of things. ( they ran out of hot sauce and cheese for the voodoo fries ) they proceeded to give me a completely wrong order. They didn’t offer us an alternative or anything luckily we checked the food before we left the restaurant. Not only that when I asked for a side of hot honey rub to replace the Cajun chicken I ordered they gave me a side of oil and proceeded to try and convince me that it was a new hot honey rub. I wish I recorded the terrible experience because this location obviously needs to get shut down.

  How in the world yall a chicken place but tell folks they have to wait 30 mins for chicken to thaw that makes no sense at all and yall should really take online ordering off period because it never works and yall know it and still take payments and when you arrive they claim it didn’t go through or that they don’t have what you ordered . The young man at the front taking orders was nice but the manager or who ever was in charge needs to be reevaluated asap .
