Very disappointed given the fact I work in the area and visit alot. Today I purchased a footlong rotisserie chicken and noticed as I was grabbing my sandwich the worker was pushing something in my bag.i thought it was napkins or maybe even securing my sandwich . After taking my sandwich out the bag when i got home---I noticed the worker charged me for something I most definitely didn't get. Just lost a valuable customer. Its sad now people gotta recheck even the smallest thing now

I recently visited this location because it’s close to work and they had a special online for a $6.99 foot long. Online ordering was not available so I went in to see if I could get the deal inside. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted by anyone. I heard an associate ask if anyone had online orders to step down. I asked were they no longer accepting online orders because I tried. I was told it was down. I then asked if the deal can still be honored and was told no by Skylar. I asked her if I could speak with a manager and she said he wasn’t there. I asked for him name and when he would be in and she said his name is Alex and he hasn’t been in on days. I asked when is he usually there and was told in the morning. I also asked for a number and Skylar looked at her associate and said we don’t have a phone do we? I’ve never known a business without a phone. Very poor customer service. Staff should be trained to accommodate customers.

Ordered on the app, and used some of my reward points to get an extra $2 off. My order was immediately cancelled. The app told me to call the store. Their phone isn't set up. So now I have to wait days for my money and points to be refunded because y'all couldn't just turn off your online ordering I'm guessing. I don't know why else you'd immediately cancel my order. But it'd be nice if your phone worked so I could call and ask why my order was cancelled.
Update: still haven't gotten a refund for my money, nor my reward points. Went inside today to order anyway. Guy told me I couldn't use the deal I had because it was an online exclusive deal. Fair. I got a little upset and asked why it even gave me the option to use it in store. He laughed and said "Well next time just remember to order on the app instead." I told him you guys immediately cancelled the order and stole my money last time I did that and I still haven't gotten a refund. He pretended to be clueless. Tried to say it must have been a problem with my phone. Then how did the money come out of my bank account?? And where did it go? Obviously into yours. Never returning.

I don’t have anything bad to say about this establishment I live in ARKANSAS and have never been here, but I just want to say to whichever BIG BACK one of y’all used my card to stuff ya faces on three separate orders 2/27/2026 between 12:15-12:35pm… I hope it was good and I hope you have the day you deserve. I’ll rate the food 5 stars it must have been delicious for y’all to run it back two more times. I’m reporting the fraud so I hope you’re not caught on any kind of camera, be easy though!!!
