  When I entered the store, it had a burnt, musty smell but I went ahead with my order. Bare minimum of toppings put on, including the aoli. When I asked for oil without vinegar, she claims they're out. When I said I wouldn't have ordered if I knew that, suddenly she could go to the back counter and found some. I told her I wanted extra and she put the thinnest line she could. Super frustrating to deal with and the Meat tasted old.

  I ordered turkey i got home and the meat was horrible, took it back next day only had one bite, at first was not going to offer anything but then told me they would give me another turkey sandwich. I asked to taste the turkey it was the same taste like they washed it in dish detergent and then it starts to taste spoiled leaving after taste in your mouth she refused to let me have any other meat, I told her to keep the sandwich and $12, I walked out. She telling me I never tried to eat the sandwich which made no sense with a bite in it.

  Ordered on app & the quality of our sandwiches went way down. Mostly bread, I requested more of a few ingredients and they didn’t comply. This location use to make great sandwiches but not anymore. Very disappointing!

  Ordered food from this store through Uber eats and there was NO meat on the steak Philly sandwich! The bread was hard on both the sandwiches as well! Will Never patronize this store again!

  Thanks for taking the $6.99 coupon! The subway, right down the street from my house, does not take this coupon.
