    I would say zero but that's not an option. I ordered through the app on Monday the 25th of May, Memorial Day. The app took my order and payment. It even "tracked my order" and told me it was ready for pickup. Upon arrival...the store was CLOSED. I've been charged for a fictitious meal and can get through to no one. Support is a useless chat bot. No one is answering the phone today at the store. Unlike the employees at this Subway, I was working on Memorial Day and took time out for a meal at a location I don't normally visit. I will be showing up in person today to address this scam although it is out of my way.

    The lack of professionalism in your establishment was very disappointing and disheartening. The employee with red hair and glasses was extremely unprofessional during my visit. She was actively on a phone call while preparing food and ringing up customers, and profanity from the call could be heard loudly throughout the area. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the situation. She repeatedly handled her phone while it was sitting near the food preparation area, which is also concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. Angel, please have a conversation with your employees about professionalism, customer service expectations, and the importance of not using phones while preparing food or assisting customers. This experience reflected very poorly on the business.
