    Today was the first time I ever went to this restaurant. I wish I could say it was a good experience but it wasn’t. I had 2 footlongs. When I got home there was no chews on either one. I was expecting someone to say we were out but that wasn’t it. A few hours later I was able to to go back since no one would answer the phone. I said no came out n today and ordered 2 foot longs neither had the cheese. He responded. I’m made those myself. I’m replied I have pictures if you would like to see them. He replied do you want the cheese. Annoyed I said yes give me the cheese. So he starts counting out cheese. Again he says I made those myself. I said I have pictures if you would like to see them, and then he asked can I see the receipt. I gave home the receipt, he gave me the cheese. After he looked at the receipt he gave it back. I asked him if there was anything he would like to say? He asked what. I say how about I’m sorry. He said I said I was sorry. Not so bad saying d you said you made them and gave me Chees but never apologized. I had to come all the way here and the sandwiches were for company. He said I had an attitude problem and said I should leave his store. I’ve been in management positions before and the first thing you should do is apologize. I had to have my sandwiches with out chees and drive all the way back and I guess he thought he did me a big favor because he gave me a couple slices of chees and implied that I was lying and just decided for no good reason to waste my time coming to his store and make false accusations for a few slices of cheese.

    You really gotta watch how they make your sandwich!! Get angry when you ask for extra sides then start making it sloppy 😡

    Always hits..the guy thats makes the sammich was very attentive and made my sammich just the way I like it.

    The other people complaining about the aggressive and unfriendly manager are being kind. Man was so rude for no reason left without placing order. He seems not to understand the basic premise of pretending to be civil to paying customers. There's plenty of other places, well worth a few more minutes to go to a subway where paying customers are treated as such.
