This place need a responsible responsive manager to manage these young people. Aint no way the level of neglect to customers should be tolerated by corporate. Food comes out late, too much rapping and loud music playing with violent lyrics that they recite, there is a lack of respect for the management that does be on duty. Its almost as if someone is hiring people that the managers are afraid to confront. Its a bad look when these same individual serve the public. No hats, hair nets or gloves are used. Long hair dangling over people's orders, workers walk through smelling like a party, taking breaks out front of the building and walking right out the door not holding doors for patrons coming in. They rarely greet you coming in and if you address them for any reason your met with excuses and attitudes. I remember this was a Top Gun location, not to sure they could ever reach that again without proper leadership. Suggestion: a district manager needs to randomly do 3 pop-ups during the week and actually work shifts with these workers to keep them on point. My order number was 110106 online. My food was OK could've been hotter if the screen was more accurate with letting me know my order was ready. I didn't wanna bother them due to how they responded to the other customer because I dont play around when it come to my food, my questions and how im responded to when referring to my orders that I pay for. Oh and its not just this time this is routine during doordash orders too.......edited: Food review: chicken was not well done which we all know when the wings are big thats a preference, fries were too salty, chicken was handled poorly as it instantly caused my stomach to flush them out which is a sign of poor temp comtrol.

I had a very disappointing experience picking up a DoorDash order at this location. An employee gave my order to another customer, and when I tried to address the mistake, she was dismissive, combative, and repeatedly spoke over me. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she ignored me and focused on other customers as if I wasn’t there.
Mistakes happen, but customer service and professionalism matter. Being treated with disrespect in front of other customers was unacceptable. I recorded the interaction and hope management addresses this behavior to prevent others from having a similar experience.

I placed an order for 3 lemon pepper chicken strips, Louisiana voo doo fries and a Dr pepper. The strips were over cooked and so hard I could barely chew them. The fries were good. The ranch and dr pepper were watered down With no flavor so I didn't enjoy my meal and will not be returning.
