  Ordered a to go delivery. Got the wrong wings that were hard and dry, wrong drink and regular COLD fries that were supposed to be a VooDoo fry. I called the store they said they were out of cheese for the fries and just took my order number so they could talk to their manager the following day. I called back and was told I’d receive a refund that they had to call it in and I was happy with that until almost 2 weeks go by and I still haven’t received my refund. Seems as if they just said that to get me off the phone. Never offered to remake my food either. 10/10 wouldn’t use this location

  Terrible service, no drinks and ice , rude , was sitting on their phones in the back , put our here order in Togo , left people at the front waiting while they were watching their phones, had no napkins, dirty , gave me cold food and fries , slippery floors and bathroom floors , no manager

  Not my first time ordering for delivery. But my first time them getting my order wrong. Total was almost $60 and when I received my order I was missing a food item. I called and was told they made sure it was all there when the door dasher came to pick it up. Basically said they couldn’t do anything so I didn’t get my money back for that missing food item. I won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

  Me and my partner love wingstop but we stopped going for over 6 months because of how bad the service alone was. we decided to take a risk and it was amazing. Jade deserves a raise with the way she manages the people in the back and how my food got out within 5 minutes. She was very friendly and didnt mind that I took FOREVER to order since it had been so long.
