  Me and my partner love wingstop but we stopped going for over 6 months because of how bad the service alone was. we decided to take a risk and it was amazing. Jade deserves a raise with the way she manages the people in the back and how my food got out within 5 minutes. She was very friendly and didnt mind that I took FOREVER to order since it had been so long.

  i want to give the biggest shoutout to Jackson and Brandon! i had the worst pregnancy craving for hot wings at 11pm. while i was on my way to pick up, the power went out for the whole shopping center. not only did they finish my order, they were both so nice and accommodating!

  Went in this afternoon. Jade & the rest of the employees were wonderful! And, the food was fresh & delicious. I told her I was ordering on the app & she even prepped it before my order went through so we wouldn't have to wait as long. We will definetely be back!

  I made an online order that totaled $59.xx. I did not get $59 dollars worth of food or service. The big screen at the counter displayed that my order was ready the moment I walked into the store, I was unable to get any assistance from any of the employees and stood waiting for almost 20 minutes before an employee tossed a bag onto the counter and ignored me when I asked who it was for. Another customer grabbed the bag looking for a name and said, "You'll have to look, they will just ignore you!" At that time they finally asked who I was there for and had my food sitting on the back counter the entire time I was waiting!! The food was still warm enough once I got it home but it was incredibly bland aside from the Cajun wings. I will not return to this establishment, and would recommend finding someplace else to spend your money.
