  My online order was completely wrong! Both sandwiches! Will not use this subway again! Paid for extra items that weren’t on the sandwich, the the other sandwich has unwanted items on it.

  I ordered online for pickup and I ordered a bottled Starry but when I went in the guy tried giving me a fountain soda. I don’t like getting fountain sodas because you never know how often restaurants clean the machines. I tried explaining and he said no you ordered a fountain soda and showed me the receipt so I just left without one and I honestly wasn’t worried about it until I looked on the app and noticed he was in the wrong. I added screenshots showing that the fountain soda is sprite and the bottled is starry. He also tried telling me they were different prices but when you change it on the app the price does not change. I think they need to train their employees better, I just really didn’t want to sit and argue about a drink.

  Here's a game called where's the tuna? This is my 6-in tuna with lettuce and tomato that I ordered this evening. It arrived with a smear of tuna and unwanted red onion. I can pick off the red onion but I can't add more tuna. Think twice before you order the tuna sandwich at the Subway on Bentley Plaza in Fenton, Missouri.

  I had a Coupon for a buy one get one free. She said they didn't except them. Then I said I have a email for a buy one get one half off. She again said they didn't except them. So guess what else she doesn't except? Right. My Business. Was very unhappy with her. Not going back
