Unfriendly, unreliable, inflexible. Don’t do express pickup with them, avoid! Their “pickup van” shows up at random times and once is gone your package will sit at store for a day. When I asked if they could call another location to check, they say they couldn’t (w/ a bad attitude) and their 800 number is incompatible with humans, try it, any other shipping service will care more about you.

I just want to say these employees tried everything to help me and ultimately it was corporate who failed. The employees went above and beyond contacting corporate for me when the customer service line did nothing for me and I would like to thank them by giving them five stars.
I walked into this FedEx Office carrying the dullest box known to mankind. Truly a charisma‑vacuum of cardboard. If boxes had personalities, mine would’ve been “beige.” But the staff treated it like it was a VIP package containing state secrets or at least a moderately interesting sweater.
They scanned it, weighed it, and slapped a label on that boring cube with the enthusiasm of people who refuse to let my lackluster packaging ruin their day. One employee even asked, “Anything fragile inside?” and I had to resist saying, “Only my hopes.”
In under five minutes, my aggressively average box was whisked away on its heroic journey to Somewhere Else. I left feeling oddly proud, like I’d just launched a very plain, very rectangular spacecraft.
Five stars. They made my boring box feel important.
