  Won't bother going back. 40 minutes wasted. When I arrived, I was the first car parked in front, and needed help with the battery. Worker was across the lane with charging cables in his hand, helping a customer. I was told by the nice worker behind the register that as soon as the worker outside came back in, I was next. I had kept the car running, and told her I would wait for him outside. He told me when going back in that he'd be right with me. Over the next 35 min, 3 more customers arrived and were helped (I went to the door and waved to him a few times to say Im still waiting). After a total of 40 min with the car running, I left. No idea why he chose not to help me. Never even had a convo - pretty much just ignored while he helped all the guys who arrived after me. I'm the first to leave a good review for good service, and can let a bad mood from a worker slide with no problem, but to just plain ignore a customer, really?

  I woke up this morning and my battery in my car was dying. I was busy all day, so I couldn't get to the store until about 7:30pm. Went up to the counter, told them I needed my battery tested, the guy at the counter had another gentleman in the store help me. He went through all the things to test my battery. It was showing that it was a little bit low on cold cranking amps. Ordered a new battery. It was in the car probably 10 minutes later. I wish I would have got the name of the gentleman that installed the battery, he was great. Very respectful for my car. We chatted a bit, and he took the time to walk through all the steps and get it done quickly. Great experience. Five stars earned.

  Amazing experience at the Advance Auto Parts - Fenton store the past year. Megan is a ROCKSTAR! Helped me replace my headlights & fog lights on my Jeep Wrangler, swapped out both my main and my aux batteries on my Grand Cherokee and replaced my wipers and filters on my Porsche. Never going to a car dealer for service again. Take all 5 of my vehicles to Advance Auto Parts in Fenton. Thank you!

  Mark helped me one week with a new battery and then new wipers the next week. Great help and service and didn’t make me feel bad than I’m an idiot when it comes to cars.
