  I have been with Cricket for 25 years. I would not go to any other phone company. I moved from state to state and Cricket moved with me. I didn't even have to call them to let them know that I moved. The service moved with me automatically. The employees are awesome as well, they are always nice and polite, always take care of my issues, but I don't have to call about my service, because I haven't had any issues, but one and it was on me not Cricket.

  Wonderful customer service and help the best they can, only put 4 stars due to the run around they give you when purchasing a phone and not informing customers of the credit hit when checking for financial aid.
