  Lost package last time scanned was here. Can't seem to find it, not really sure how the whole job is to move and deliver packages. Makes sense why it's being permanently closed.

  It would be a negative number it I could put that !!!! This place sucks!!!!!! They change the delivery time and I can’t be here so they say I can pre sign. I do and then they didn’t deliver It!!! I needed it to hear!!!!!! Total Bullshit!!!

  Truly appreciate the service of going above & beyond to NOT use the second entrance for my apartments. Two days in a row citing delivery issues because of parking lot construction by the main entrance. You do realize there’s another entrance, completely usable and free from construction correct? Can’t make up the level of lazy it takes to not want to deliver a package because it takes an extra 60 seconds, can’t be bothered to call the customer either. Spent the last two hours trying to get through to customer service and in the process being hung up on, transferred to a survery without any service being conducted, being lied to saying they noted the construction on 7/13 when they never did. Package was supposed to be here on Sunday and that never happened, again on Monday and it never came, again today with the same tired excuse. My package isn’t even eligible to be held at a FedEx location so I can pick it up either. Both UPS and USPS have made deliveries here today with no issue so make it make sense.
