I went in to this store and I didn’t get their names, but the manager and the other young man working were very sweet and helpful. My husband’s phone was freaking out and they managed to get it fixed for us. They were so patient with us old folks and even walked us through everything so we knew how to avoid any mess in the future. We really appreciated how kind and patient they were with us. Thank you both so much!
