  5 stars! I’m a frequent visitor to this UPS Store and always have a great experience. Steven is consistently helpful, friendly, and professional. He makes the process quick and easy every time. Highly recommend this location!

  i never write reviews but my horrible experience at the des peres location has driven me to write one. extremely unhelpful and rude staff. heavily overcharged me for a shipping tube. employee who helped me was unfriendly and made multiple mistakes with shipping my package as to where he overcharged me $50+. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! GO TO THE POST OFFICE!! this was horrible and i will genuinely never come back to this location. the other employee helping me was on her phone, smacking her gum, and talked to me in a rude and condescending tone. I have shipped many times at this location and had minor problems every time. this time i was fed up with all the problems that have amassed from this. Horrible. Save your money.
