  We have had several bad experiences at Subway in Dearborn, Mo but decided to give it a try for something quick again tonight. I had 1 couple and another customer in front of me on arrival. The young lady that got the bread and meat was trying her best to be helpful but the other lady- Molly was very rude, threw the toppings on which fell back off, left me standing at the counter with one of 2 sandwiches put together while the other lady finished and rang me up after a 30 minute wait. Molly is clearly very immature and could care less about her customers. She was extremely rude to the couple in front of me, as well. I was told that Morgan is the manager but was not there. I feel like Morgan needs to get a handle on what is happening there- which is not work or good customer service- for the most part. I will not be returning. I have been in customer service over 30 yrs and this is sad to watch and very irritating to be a part of. The food was cold after being heated shortly after arrival and just a mess. Her attitude was unacceptable, at best.
