  I ordered 2 meatball subs from this store through doordash. I was at work and did not have time to place another order. I called same day and was told to come in when I can and they would replace the order. I get there and the lady says I need to bring in the sandwich (which I showed a picture I took before throwing it away) in order to get it replaced. I repeat, SHE SAID I NEED TO BRING THE SANDWICH BACK IN ORDER TO GET A REPLACEMENT. I was guaranteed a replacement and then got denied a replacement. Who keeps a sandwich for 2 days in order to get a replacement??? I will never be back.

  Very nice server. Space was clean all except an employee on break in the dinner room with butt crack facing our table. Bread was stale, and very little thin slice meat.

  I walked in, was not greeted. The employee exhaled loudly as if I was interrupting something. Also she didn’t wash her hands, she wet them with water.

  I stopped in for lunch last week. I walk in store and the lady behind the counter was playing with her phone. So I asked her could she wash her hands before she starts to make my food. She instantly got a attitude and walked off. I believe she may have been a supervisor.
