  The service was fine. What is frustrating is that I had to pay a $5 "hold fee" for a package I had shipped there. They held it for less than 24 hours. Had I known, I would have shipped the item ditectly to myself. The store I made the purchase from offered an "environmental option", so I figured I could do that and pick it up. It was not worth the extra drive and $5.00. I would not ship items to this location if you have the option for direct delivery. You can contact other locations to see if they have hold fees.

  I just received some of the best customer service I've ever experienced at the Crestwood UPS location. I had so many packages to return and mail. Associate JT was extremely helpful, friendly, kind, and efficient. I will bring all of my business to this location!
