  This UPS Store is always incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They’re so patient with all of my Amazon returns, copies, and shipping needs, and they always make the process easy. Jerrilyn is an amazing leader and truly one of a kind. Highly recommend this store!

  I have felt that you should spend local yet the owners, Jerrilyn Carey, the owner has been in violation of AMAZON return policy, according to Amazon. The store get $1 per return. Her $3 dollars return policy,(YOU CAN SEND THE EMAIL TO THE UPS STORE TO PRINT RETURN LABEL FOR FREE, YET THEY CHARGE YOU $3 TO Print it. I will remove this post if Amazon told me that was Not there policy and would investigate. IF YOU HAVE BEEN CAUGHT OFF GUARD BY THIS THEN WE ARE NOT ALONE. I POST THIS BASSED ON MY CONVERSATION WITH THE OWNER YESTERDAY AND AMAZON SAID IT WAS WRONG. I JUST THOUGHT IT WAS. I HEARD SHE WAS INTERESTED. I have recommended canceling the Stores contract after this as it is theft.
