What a joke of a store. First off, the food. We placed an online order through the app. As we often do. I had specific leave offs, and additions, to the same sandwich I always order. I have used the app to order my sandwiches across the country by clicking the same saved set up in app.
My lettuce was replaced with spinach, the ranch I subbed was ignored and had mayo, I am allergic to onions so I removed them when I set up the sandwich option.
It wasnt toasted (and was supposed to be) and was missing the $2.50 double meat. As well as the four cookies I ordered were broken, and two of them were missing over half of the cookie.
The only thing dude got right was my sweet tea, and that's because it was in a bottle and sealed.
Which brings me to the service. Could barely hear questions when he spoke, had zero interest in engaging past whatever was necessary for the transaction. Then he auto added a $2 tip.
And don't even start on the atmosphere. You ever have someone just utterly bothered by your very existence. Because that was the vibe throughout the whole situation.
If no stars was an option, I would have chose it.
And as for getting a refund. Nope. Every number I called to try to raise the store was met with a go no where prompt to push one but it just kept repeating the menu.
I've now been screwed out of money and a meal experience multiple times and no satisfaction has been delivered. Im coming here to see if subway actually gives a damn and can tell me where to go to get my lost experience back!

Don’t go to this location if you want your order correct. I ordered on the app and for some reason the employees can’t handle reading the instructions on the ticket. They put a LOT of extra stuff I did not want on my sandwich

Food was amazing. Girl forgot my avocado 😥 was about an hour from closing guess that's why I didn't get a single smile from the lonely worker. And reminded the lobby was closed so I couldn't stay with my shopping bags.

I've got to say... Worst subway ever. We walked in at 6:45 with 2 people in front of us got our "wraps" and walked out at 7:15... and our food was to go
